Philippe Chevrier is one of Switzerland’s most well-known chefs. Settled in Geneva, he has Two Michelin Stars and 19/20 Gault and Millau points.
Born and raised in Geneva, Philippe Chevrier knew from an early age that he wanted to become a cook. He did his apprenticeship at the restaurant Le Chat Botté, located in the Hotel Beau Rivage. Over the years, he worked in different restaurants and became the chef and owner of the Chateauvieux domain in Satigny, when he was only 29 years old. Nowadays, he manages ten restaurants in the Geneva region. He has three watchwords: simplicity, conviviality and loyalty. His favorite food product? Black truffle.
