Philippe Chevrier was born in Geneva. He already knew during his childhood that he will be a cook. He did his apprenticeship at the restaurant Le Chat Botté in the Hostel Beau Rivage. Then, he worked in different restaurants and became chef and owner of the Chateauvieux domain in Satigny, when he was 29 years old. Nowadays he manages ten restaurants in the Geneva region. He has three watchwords: simplicity, conviviality and loyalty. His favorite product: the black truffle.
