Nicknamed the “rock star of the British food scene”, Ollie Dabbous is the co-founder and executive chef of acclaimed London restaurant Hide, and author of “Dabbous: The Cookbook”. Having earned a Michelin star as chef and owner of the highly esteemed restaurant Dabbous, he opened Hide in 2018 to great critical acclaim, being awarded a coveted five stars in the Evening Standard, GQ restaurant of the year, as well as a Michelin star… all within six months of opening. Renowned as an inspiration for success not just in the culinary world, Ollie has been asked to talk about achieving excellence for growing tech companies and professional sporting teams. He is currently working on his second cookery book as well as opening Hideaway, a café in Mayfair’s Mount Street, whilst in 2021 he will oversee the food offering at Cromwell Place, a new members’ club for artists and galleries in South Kensington.
