Born and raised in Geneva, Philippe Chevrier knew from an early age that he wanted to be a chef. He did his apprenticeship at the restaurant Le Chat Botté, in the Hôtel Beau Rivage. Nowadays, he manages ten restaurants in Geneva.
Over the years, he worked in different restaurants. At 29 years old, he became the chef and owner of the restaurant Domaine de Châteauvieux in Satigny, Switzerland.
He lives by these three words: simplicity, hospitality and loyalty. Black truffle is his favorite food. As one of TWISPER’s ambassadors, users can find his recommendations on restaurants, hotels and bars to visit.
